(HARTFORD, CT) - Yesterday, Mayor Segarra had time to pose for pictures in a hard hat at the baseball stadium, and today he invited the press to a meeting on snow removal — but tonight he skipped the one and only mayoral debate focused on education in Hartford.
It’s disappointing, and it’s disrespectful to all the residents of Hartford. Mayor Segarra has made clear that he’s not willing to have a public discussion on public safety, and now he’s not even willing to attend a public debate on education.
